Parametric Probe Technology manufactures coax probe needles
specifically for parametric probing applications. These probe
needles are specifically designed for low current test applications.
These coax probe needles can be used for applications that require current measurements in the pico Amp 1E-12 and femto Amp 1E-15 range.
The use of coax probe needles allows a probe card to be manufactured with production proven epoxy ring technology and eliminate the leakage effects of the epoxy holding the probe in position.
